3L Public This Week; Plus New Sequencer Feature
This is the new 3L Movie SEQUENCER:
(also known as the ‘media cell’)
What can this do ?
- The user can apply the 32 cells to a time-line, and apply the slider to automation.
- The user can have the audio triggering the clips in the cells.
- Or apply a single graph to it and have it step through the clips to your timings.
- There are 4 pages of 32 clips.
- Rearrangement of the clips in the cells.
- Each cell remembers the settings (in/out point, speed) when you save it as a bank in the preset.
- By command clicking on a cell, the user will call up a menu of already loaded movies to populate a single cell.
- Basically, the user can have multiple instances of a movie in a grid with differnet settings without having to reload the movie.
When triggering clips on automation (audio, etc) you can either trigger the clips always from the beginning, or from the last point at which it was playing; So obviously, you can also select just a “rang of clips” to play by using the range selection handles in the slider, or the range selectors in the grid (they are interchangeable and reflect changes made to each other)
